My Career

I have been helping people get financing for over 10 years.  After graduating with a degree in Finance I starting working in the secondary market at Raymond James Financial.  Quickly I realized working with people directly was more my speed so from 2004-2008 I transitioned into a loan officer role.   During this period I saw 4 different mortgage companies go out of business due to the financial meltdown.  Most notably H&R Block Mortgage, Ameriquest and Indymac.  Despite the adversity I won multiple contests and trips to Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean and California.  I learned a lot though that experience and became a manager in 2009. The company I worked for dealt with the hard loans, the people that other lenders didn’t want to help because the loans were too difficult or they couldn’t make enough money.  During those four years I was personally involved in 1000’s of loans and have experienced every loan scenario possible.  I was manager of the year in 2011 and 2012 because of hard work and my knowledge base to get loans done   I love working with people and making their dreams of home ownership come true. I want everyone I meet to say they are better off for it even if I don't do their financing.

 

On a personal note, I have been married 10 years to my beautiful wife Maria who has blessed me with 2 children, Mark and Georgia.  They are what I am most proud of and bring me the inner happiness that enables me to love each and every day.  I am a horrible golfer but love to play and my basketball game is on the decline, as the kids get older I hope to move into coaching.
